Simone Vallyon

I founded Nanny's House 12 years ago after moving here with my family. I have 2 children and live in Portslade. I have worked with young children for over 20 years, in various types of settings. I am an Early Years Teacher and the setting SENCO and Safeguard Lead.

Amy

I am the settings Deputy Manager and have worked at Nanny's House for 6 years. I lead our Baby Room and I am level 3 qualified in Children's Learning and Development. I teach Baby Sign and love sensory play.

Jenny Akyol

My name is Jenny and I have worked at Nanny's House for 8 years. I work with the toddlers and the settings SENCO. I have a little boy and 13 years experience in the childcare sector.

Jade Picknell

My name is Jade and I am Third in Charge. I lead our Toddler room and I am studying for my level 3 in Early Years. I have 3 children and love the outdoors. I love to encourage early reading and telling stories and also messy play at the setting.

Cassandra Powers

My name is Cass and I have just started at Nanny's House, working in the Toddler Room. I live locally and I love messy play, being creative and reading to the children.

Fardossa Tahir Mohamed

I have been at Nanny's House for 4 years as the Pre-School Leader. I love to do the Forest school sessions and create fun art activities

I teach Arabic to primary school children and love to bring diversity into the setting.

Misha Jury

I am a Level 2 Apprentice working in the Pre-School room. I love art and messy activities and reading to the children.

I am a Level 2 Apprentice working in the Baby Room. I love singing and sensory play.

Mandy Needly - Bank Staff

Mandy is a semi-retired childminder with years of experience in Early Years. Mandy helps us out whenever we need it. She has a wealth of experience with children with extra needs and is very patient and caring with all the children.
